I want to let every one know that my decision to have the lap band has totally changed my life. I feel so much in control. I don't feel like i'm losing the "fat" battle anymore! Every morning is a brand new day for me. And it is such an amazing feeling. I've lost a total of 24 lbs. since my surgery in June. I haven't lost any in about a month. But people who know me are amazed at my transformation. Most of my freinds and family don't know that I had the surgery. I am not ready to tell them yet. When in June did you have your surgery? I had mine here in Canada on June 10th. Have a wonderful weekend and pop in anytime for some conversation!!
