CONGRATULATIONS on your weightloss so far ! 44 lbs. in 4 month is a fabulous result! Anything between 1-3 lbs. a week is just the way it suppose to be. We are all different, some lose faster - some lose slower, but at the end of the day WE ARE ALL LOSERS >

Yep, that's about it LOL My hubby was banded 3 weeks ago and he had the hardest time to get those drinkable yoghurt down, so I asked Dr. Miranda and she told me to have instead some Probiotics powder (Liolactil) mixed into the drink. Did the job About the drinking ... I could drink relatively "normal" again after the swelling from the surgery went down up until my first fill. With a good restriction you mostlikely can't and shouldn't chug the water down :lb12: .

WOOWWWW Denise that is so great !!! It is the best feeling ever sliding into those smaller sizes and not to go hunt for the bigger sizes and hope it fits LOL You look & do amazing - keep it up - I love your hubby's support !!!! I had a NSV as well ... yesterday we went to the mall and I finally stopped at the jewelery store and got my watch adjusted. The lady took out 2 pieces and it's still a bit loose heheheee ... those two pieces where the ones I had to add originally when I bought the watch due to my chubby wrists .. I guess that means I have normal arms now ?? hahahaaa :lb13:
