    Hi! I was banded on the 18 and i am seriously starving. i am drinking a lot of fluids, and will probably start the shakes tomorrow. Hopefully it will go away soon. :lb12:

    [thank you everyone for the replies. I dont eat chicken broth, which i think is going to make my life difficult. also i thought that we are only allow to drink juices. is that right or not? does any of you guys have the list of what is allow and what is not? i know that mamamichelle post it, but i cannot find it. thanks

    Hey everyone! I am excited but nervous about my surgery in two days. i am leaving tomorrow but i am not schedule until friday. I am looking for advice on what special things i should take. I read in another post about the tylenol, so i alerady got that. what else would you guys recommend? thanks

    Hei everyone! SO i was wondering if i was able to looose 10-15 pounds i week prior to surgery, shouldnt i be loosing the same amount of weight after the band? i am going for surgery on the 18 and i was wondering how in the first few weeks some people can actually gain weight(i read this in another post). any answers, please

    thank you so much. I would love to meet with you guys and asked questions if you guys are sticking around. i will be getting all my testing in the morning and then going for surgery after that.

    are we allowed to have slimfast i thought that we had to use either optifast or a gnc type of product (which are very expensive). i fly on thursday but dont have the surgery until friday, so the day before i will be at the hotel drinking shakes. i was wondering if you guys could tell me of a menu type that you guys had since the surgery.

    i started to do the salad thing since i am so hungry. i have not cheated yet and at this point only 4 days apart, i dont think i will. i am having issues ith the plane ride since i wil be there for about 4 hours and i cannot make a shake. what did you guys during the plane ride?

    hey guys. i am new here. i will be having surgery this friday the 17 of april. i am having issue with the pre opt diet. i lost 5 lbs. with shakes three times a day. i am starving. i am concerned that i will not be able to loose the other 5. any suggestions. thanks
