hey everyone my sister and i both have bands. she had her surgery 4-07 and i had mine 11-07 but we can both see some great results as you can see by the pictures below. we both met for the first time in july of 2006. We were both adopted out and shared the same father with two different moms. but good news is we found each other and now we can encourage each other too.

hello everyone i am new to the forum but i wanted to let everyone know that i am a lap band patient banded in juarez mexico on 11-23-07. Out seven months and 60lbs weight loss. i have now made part of my practice into a fill center because so many people have to fly or drive so far just to be filled. well not no more. Juarez is great. I was in the hospital the whole time there friday at noon. went home sunday morning. very nice private room with flat screen tv, granite counters ect. people very pleasant. i would sent anyone back there. i really liked the doctor too. i had a vasectomy at the same time and it was overall a really great experience.

Dannielle,- i would encourage you to consult a dr in mexico. as i dont think age will be as big of an issue. i also know that i had my surgery in Juarez MX and paid 7400.00 for it. I just spoke with my patient cordinator tonight and she told me that there is a special on right now for 7,000.00 dollars. Her name is Jessica and her phone number is 503-539-3023. i was very happy with all the service she provided not only before my surgery but after as well. best of luck to you. if i had it to do over again i would definatly get the surgery.

I happened to fo to juarez MX for my surgery with Dr. Rodriquez at hopital angeles and had an awesome experience. from my experience they take great care of you. I went alone and my wife was worried but i came back safe and could not have been happier. good luck. youll do fine.

hey guys just to let you know not only am i a patient but i am a fill dr. as well. not only have i never had a fill with fluoro, but i have still lost 60 lbs. you do not need flouro to get a good fill. you can still have a nice fill if you take time to evaluate how the patient is able to drink fluids while doing the fill. if you have any questions please do not hesitate to email or call my office for help. drlukemayes@gmail.com or 208-375-9000. hey all you may want to check out my sons travel website. www.harrisonstraveladventures.com if you book a flight with a hotel it is often cheaper than the price of the flight alone. hope that helps. it can be cheaper than southwest at times.
