    I'm a big saltaholic but I like cucumbers with salt and lemon. also stir fry zucchini with lemon and salt. I also like green beans. Can we have pickles? Are they veggies?

    I started my pre -op diet today and I don't feel so great. I had an Atkins drink this morning and it was yucky to me. I'm gonna try some home made drinks. I think I"ll like it better. I hopw I do OK on this and lose what I need to before my surgery.

    I will look for the two curly ladies. I am 5'2" with short blond hair. I'll be going to the hotel on the 28th. How 'bout you guys? Where are you from? I'm from California so I'll be driving. It is about a 4 to 5 hour drive. YUK. My 14 year old daughter and my ex-hubby are coming with me.

    Ok I tried but when I go to create a new signature it won't go. If I open the signature that I have now from the signature page it shows the ticker. To add your "signature" do you just "add reply" or is there something I'm missing?

    I've tried to add aticker 853 times but it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong. They are so motivating for me when I see everyone else's. I tried what was written on the technical support page but it didn't work for me only text came up. Maybe I need my teenagers to show me how. Any suggestions SheRee

    The 29th is my date too!! I hope you and your twin do well. I'm so worried about the holiday pre-op diet too. Oh well, we can do it.

    I am a teacher also and getting banded with DR. Martinez in the 29th. I will start my pre-op diet next week. Best of luck to you and your friend

    OCC in TJ. I'll have DR. Martinez. I haven't started pro-op diet yet but will in about a week. Thanks fro responding. I think I was jsut anxious to hear from somebody. You are a big inspiration.

    Hi, I'm SheRee. I've posted a few times but nobody responds. I'm new and maybe I don't know what I'm doing. I have surgery scheduled for DEcember 29th and I'm starting to get nervous. Just say hi and good luck or something so I know people are out there. SheRee

    I just schedule my surgery for December 29th. I'm a little worried about the pre-op diet, especially during the holidays. I am schedule with Dr. Martinez. How is his bedside manner? That's kinda important to me. I'm also concerned that nobody will be able to go with me to the OCC. Not too much support at this time. EVERYONE is woried about the 'Mexico" part of it. I feel totally at peace with the whole thing myself though. SheRee

    I am looking into the Lap Band but have not scheduled a date yet. I need to get financing and amke sure I have somewher nearby to get fills?
