HI EVERYBODY WELL I CAME BACK TO CANADA ON TUES, I WAS BANDED ON THE 20 MAY WITH SOME OTHER LOVELY LADIES, WHICH I MAY ADD MADE IT MUCH BETTER. LENA AND I MET ROBBYN THE NIGHT BEFORE SHE HAD HER OP AND HAD A GREAT CHAT. IT IS REALLY GEAT TO HAVE SO MUCH SUPPORT ON THIS FORUM. SO I AM ON MY 10TH DAY OF LIQUIDS NOT SURE HOW MUCH I SHOULD BE DRINKING AND HOW I SHOULD BE DRINKING IT ( FULL LIQUIDS AND WATER)AND IF I CAN HAVE JELLO OR NOT, WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME FEED BACK ON THAT PLEASE. hi i am being banded on the 20th and really suffer from reflux, did yours go away and did you have to pay extra for the hiatal hernia

good for you, i hope i can get into that mind set, at the moment all i can think of is this and i think i am starting to go crazy, i haven't told anyone because i know what they will say so its quite a lonely path.

glad to hear you are doing well and that you are not feeling hungry, sometimes when you read that people are still eating the same and still not losing weight i think is it worth it . keep up the good work and keep posting you progress, i get banded on the 20 may
