  1. i wore my "go to" fat jeans yesterday... THEY WERE BAGGY! ... today I wore my size 9's!

  2. i just realized that 175 would be my half way point!! i need to hurry up and get there, that was really an eye opener. next summer we're going shopping!

  3. thanx babe. i kinda cheated a little but i chewed 50 times before i swallowed and it was only a few bites. im already starting to feel better tho. the pain went away.

  4. it feels really weird. like right after I eat it hurts really bad in the band area, and kinda like it hurts when you take deep breaths. It also really hurt to eat, but it stayed down, it just hurt. I had a gaging episode.. :/ due to too much drinking.. and well i told Dr. So the truth and he told me it was irritated. If i had trouble drinking liquids, then i had to go to the OCC for an unfill..

      also I am curious what types of things, or what thing in your case caused it. I hadn't heard of this before. Hope it gets better soon.

      I irritated mine with coughing too much and too hard. I think you can also irritate by vomiting.

  6. lol yes... it keeps us on track. I have 11lbs to lose, but I may have to visit the OCC this week.. i feel tight. i know dama is almost getting there.. the goal is 175 since we're so close to weight.

      You can definitely do this. It's crazy after I got past the 190 plateau (that we both experienced) I've been dropping consistently with really concentrating on my water intake.

      I really have to focus on my water intake, im doing bad with that.. i just got through a few fatty birthdays and coming up are two big weddings..gotta look good for the snobby people :)

  17. hang in there, it shouldn't be so hard, just watch what you eat until then. I made the mistake of eating like I used to because I had no restriction. But..I also didn't lose any weight. I'm losing weight again now, I'm super happy and motivated. You'll do fine! trust me.
