    I was wondering if it would be possible to have you add a fitness area under forms? I use http://www.plus3network.com to log my work outs and a few of us would like to have a place on here to log our work outs. I also use http://www.livestrong.com to track my daily intake/fitness. Can either one of these be added to the form?

  5. I made two tomato pie's tonight. First one is just like you make it and the other I added spinach and mushrooms. My husband took a bite and loved it! He said he can't wait to have some in the morning... thank you again !!!!!

  7. I have restriction!!!!! Mornings I am not able to eat a full piece of tomato pie. Afternoons and evenings I really have to watch what I eat and only take 1/4 cut of food. I think this fill is great and hope it last.

  11. I had the same pain. I walked around and did arm swings and it really to the pain away. Each of us are different so please call OCC and let them know. Good luck on your new adventure with the lap band !!

  12. No, I don't think you are full of shi* LOL You give all of so much information and great advice!! I go March 8th for my 2nd fill. I don't have any restriction at all right now. Seems like I only had restriction for the first week after the fill. I'm really have stepped up my work outs and keeping a close eye on my food intake. Slowly, slowly its coming off.

  16. Congrats on your new adventure!! I went by myself and it goes so smooth from the time you arrive at the air port, picked up and taken to OCC or Hotel until you are heading home.

  18. wow, I wonder what happened. "I gained 8 lbs back once I started on solid foods. But it came off about 2 weeks into solids".

  19. Kayla, I did the same thing once I went on solids. I don't feel any restriction right now and not losing either. I have stepped up the work outs and everyone is telling me that it's muscle. I have noticed my pants are not tight anymore so that is a plus! Keep going because it will change once your body is use to the solid foods. Remember the liquids. I noticed once I went on solids...

  21. How are you doing on your second fill? I go March for my second. I don't feel restriction at all and not losing. I'd love to be like RevyD and not have any fills and lose as much as she has.... I love reading all your entries... Thank you !!!

  23. Hi, I just heard about couch25k tonight. I looked it up.... I was told it was free but went to the site and it shows that you have to sign up and pay for it. Is this correct?
