Congrats on your weight loss!! I go Jan. 5th for my first fill. Started on solid food on Tuesday and trying just to weigh myself once a week. It has been hard not stepping on the scale each day since I have been doing it for years now. I noticed that I am only losing every 3 to 4 days now. Can you give me any helpful information on what you are eating for breakfast?

up until today I would have coffee, then have my yogurt, Kellogg drink that you add to water. Chicken Both for dinner. water and apple juice. I drink all day long (sip)

How are you doing? Today is my first day eating solids... I don't feel any restriction whats so ever. I've lost 13 lbs and noticed that I lose a lb every 3rd or 4th day. Not bad but afraid that I'll gain if I go on solids....

Oh that is great about your dad and you having it done at the same time!! I can't wait to hear how things go and your progress! I made chocolate chip cookies tonight .. It went great! smelled great and to be honest didn't feel left out. I would lick my fingers usually but this time I kept washing my hands. hehehehe

Hi Kayla, Congrats and you will be so happy! They are really nice at OCC and the hotels. I went alone and after the surgery went back to my hotel. A little sore but not bad at all. A lot go shopping afterwards. It has been two weeks today and I feel great and have lost 12 lbs.

I didn't get to walk today. Kris was not feeling well and turned off the alarm. I have been sleeping on the couch alot..lol I have my hours mixed up with not working and not sleeping well. He was suppose to do a run tomorrow but I found someone to do it for him. He's just not up to it yet. I hope he feels better soon. <3

I'm doing better. Still a little sore when I bend. Kids are doing well and tomorrow I'm going to walk in the morning. First time since Banded. I wont go very far but excited about going and seeing everyone. How are things at your place?
