  1. Kayla, I did the same thing once I went on solids. I don't feel any restriction right now and not losing either. I have stepped up the work outs and everyone is telling me that it's muscle. I have noticed my pants are not tight anymore so that is a plus! Keep going because it will change once your body is use to the solid foods. Remember the liquids. I noticed once I went on solids...

  3. How are you doing on your second fill? I go March for my second. I don't feel restriction at all and not losing. I'd love to be like RevyD and not have any fills and lose as much as she has.... I love reading all your entries... Thank you !!!

  6. Question about Bruising...... I have noticed for a while...that I am bruising more often. I sent a message to my doctor to see if I might be missing something with my diet or what I can do about it.. Below is what he said. I am only 53 years old.. I didn't think I was OLD. I think I read on here that lack of protein will cause bruising. Can someone tell me if that is true? Please say I am to young to start bruise like my mom!!!!! "Easy bruisablility is typically associated with loss of "filler" under the skin. True, it's a protein but this isn't due to a dietary protein deficiency it's just that the collagen (protein) "dissolves" over time. That's why we get skin wrinkles as we get older. When there's less "stuffing" or "filler" the blood vessels are less protected and more prone to bruising. Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done for this it's part of the normal aging process".

  11. I stalled after going on real food too. Weigh yourself once a week so you don't stress on pounds. I have found that my cloths are telling me more then the pounds. I have gone back on liquids when I have screwed up on my food choices. It puts me back on track.

  13. You will not regret having it done!!!!! How do you feel now? I feel great and not pain at all with the port area. How are you doing with the food process? If I eat my oatmeal in the mornings or the tomato pie and a orange or apple. Crackers and tuna, or chicken salad for lunch.. I usually have a shack for dinner due to working out in the evenings and I don't want to eat that late when I get home. Is there still pain?? No pain at all ... I have pain right now in my right breast but that's from working out. How does it feel like?? Have you had your gallbladder removed? You will be a little sore in the port area. But you need to keep walking and moving. If you have pain in your shoulder or chest area .. you can swing your arms around to release the gas. Please don't give up on yourself!!! Do this for yourself and take the step.
  14. I have been walking for 2 years now and have always wanted to step it up and jog a little. So for the last few weeks I have been walking.... then jog (light pole to light pole) well........... I ended up going to the doctors on Wednesday because of pain in all over the right (boob). I was told to get another support bra and a size smaller then I normally wear. She said that a lot of women come in after the step their exercise. Mostly on your dominate size. I haven't been able to move/sleep because of the pain. Even breathing hurts. My first thought was the "C" word (Cancer). We have Cancer so much in our family and it scared me to death. So I went to Fleet Feet and was fitted. I was shocked at the my real size.... lol I told my husband and his bugged out ..lol Well, I'm going to turn on the Wii and see how it feels and will be walking/jogging tonight.... I hope it works!!!!! I've lost 15lbs and usually this is the first place I lose...but nothing so far. Which is really good. hehehehehe

  19. Your "about me" is great! and so so true about people. I feel the same way. I keep thinking how nice it would be to see all the one's today that made me feel that way. Wondering if they are overweight now...
