After the HORRIBLE day I had yesterday I decided I have to be good today! ;)

B- Coffee and then Oatmeal

S-None

L- Beans, a little Rice and 3 Grapes...Grapes did not seem to do well so I stopped

D-Having a piece of deer steak with maybe some corn or green beans (not sure yet) YUM!!!!

Zero Water so far.. :(

Im gonna work on that after dinner...............

i'm just shy of 2yrs out - 1yr at goal, but had to have an unfill due to a chest infection.

i'll post today , knowing i get a fill tsday (yikes):

b- 2 slices of margarita pizza

l- .5c tuna salad in romaine lettuce cup

s- bowl of edamame

d- home made mac/cheese w/roasted tomatoes

glad ok to join???

L: Chili, pinwheels and a small brownie

D: Mac & cheese w/ cubed ham in it

Calories: 700

Exercise: none today I think I am getting sick! My throat is on fire and I can't stop sneezing. Gotta work both jobs tomorrow so hopefully this will go away. I don't have time to be sick! <_<

That is Awesome you made it to goal within your first year. I am not going to make mine, I still have about 37 more pounds to go, not going to do that by November... Good luck on your fill and Thanks for posting!!!!

B- 2 coffees with milk............didn't eat cause I had taken cold meds and could feel them sitting in my pouch so I waited for them to pass

L- Tim Hortons Potato bacon soup

D- went to a buffet at the golf course with family and had some clam chowder, one bite of daughters ham, one bite of son's beef, one tiny piece roast potato, some marinated cold mushrooms, some caesar salad, a slice of watermelon, a slice of cantelope, and a NANAIMO BAR!!!!

3 bottles water
