B: Apple Juice followed by quaker weight control oatmeal a bit later (about 1/2 to 3/4 of the packet)

L: Taco Bell pintos and cheese and a cheese roll up

D: So far terrible just had some chips and cheese dip. So bad!

Exercise: It ended up being 40 degrees and raining here which sucked any motivation to work out from me.

Calories so far: 900

D-Making Turkey Pattys tonight YUMMY! One Turkey patty - and two hand fulls of peanuts...

Going to do P90X Plyo with Hubby tonight...wish me luck, Im gonna need it!!!
