Happy Wednesday Everyone!

B- Drinkable Yogurt

S-Green Tea

L-3oz Talipia, peach and was going to eat some sweet potatoe, first bit i knew to stop

D- Pinto Beans and Green Beans ( want something kinda soft today, this is what I have planned)

Breakfast : Mexican eggs

Lunch: Small tin of flavoured tuna, 5 Breton crackers and 3 oranges pieces

Dinner: Salmon Frattata, green beans, 1/4 cup wild rice and 3 oranges pieces

Snack: 1/2 cup Grape juince

Calories: 718

Protein: 59
