I have been on a two month plateau and need to get back on track. I will be joining you all by journaling my food intake again.

B: 1 Scrambled egg with tomato, onion and enchilada sauce

L: Romaine lettuce wrap with Turkey, avocado, red onion, feta cheese and pesto mmmm :P

S: 3 Fun size Twix oops

D: Chicken Salad

I think this is a great thing to do! Welcome and I think you will get some great ideas.....

Still pretty tight today......

B-Drinkable Yogurt

S-Green Tea

L- About 4 bits of pork chop and 3/4 cup of Peas

S-Green Tea

D-1 Cup refried bean, 8 calorie yogurt :D LOVE LOVE LOVE this !!

Im starting to make my Tea snacks instead of food... :D

Doing weights tonight.......

Still at the hospital so i'm not doing very good on my food intake. Gotta kick this in the rear! I did stop and buy some healthier snacks to have at the hospital. Don't have a fridge so i'm limited, but got some fig newtons, 100 cal packs, etc...

B: None

L: 1 cheese roll up from Taco Bell - got stuck bad so didn't finish the 2nd one

S: 100 cal pack of pringles chips

D: Got some chicken and green beans for dinner and got stuck on it bad! Full on threw up at work b/c of the stress i've got going on right now. I'm on Maalox and liquids for a bit and if this doesn't change i'm getting an unfill until things calm down w/ my brother.

Breakfast: Slice of tomatoe pie ( this pie is great for dinner, lunch or breakfast)

1/2 orange

Lunch: Lemon tuna ( small tin 87 grams)

5 Breton crackers,

1/2 orange

Dinner: 3/4 cup yellow squash

1 cup of spaghetti sauce

Calories : 1263

Protein: 61
