More Thanksgiving Goodies Care of WW Members

I wanted to share these super quick and easy recipes I made last night. My mom sent me these recipes care of her WW meeting in Las Vegas:

Pumpkin Pudding: Servings 6 Points: 2

2 (4 Serving) Packages of Vanilla fat free, sugar free pudding mix

1 15 oz can of Pumkin**

1/2 tsp Pumkin Pie Spice

4 cups skim milk

Mix all together and refrigerate

**Use canned pumpkin puree and NOT canned pumkin pie mix as the pie mix has more sugar/calories.

Crustless Pumkin Pie: 6 Servings Points: 1

1 15 oz can of Pumpkin**

1 tsp Pumkin Pie Spice

1/2 cup egg substitute

3/4 cup Splenda

1 1/2 cups skim milk

1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then bake at an additional 45 - 50 minutes (until center is dry) at 375 degrees.

**Use canned pumpkin puree and NOT canned pumkin pie mix as the pie mix has more sugar/calories.
