Multi Vitamin

Just got my emails today about the extra they don't tell you about. So, I have a question.

I live in Canada, and it would just be easier for me to go get a multi vitamin here that is equivalent. Has anyone else done that or did you all go buy their recommended product from them?

You can buy bariatric vitamins locally. I just bought them from OCC because I didn't want to deal with or have time to deal with trying to find them. Good luck. I had my sleeve on Jan. 14 and it was easy breezy. Hope your surgery goes as well.

Given the ingredients they want us to have, I couldn't find anything comparable. So I have gone ahead and ordered them. I bought a two month supply, so if at the end I don't like them, then I will find something new.

I just want to make sure I follow things the best I can to get the best results.

Of course you can't find anything comparable they give you a list of what is in their's so you can't.

I don't know what is one the required list anymore as I am almost a year out. But these are great for me.
