Help! First day i can eat solids!!!

Somebody!!! HELP!!! Today is my 1st day that I can eat solids but I am confused about food choices!!! I know I'm supposed to eat in order,

PROTIEN, GREENS,FRUITS,CARBS, but do Istill eat only 4 oz? and do I HAVE to eat all those thing @ every meal? Like today for lunch....is Pasta w/ red sauce ok? I'm SOOOOO confused!!! HELP!!! Iknow I need to get 30gm of Protien but can I drink that, I am not a big Meat person....except fot Chicken and McDonalds and I'm sure Mcd's is out of the question....LOL

Try to avoid junk food. You can eat those microwavable meals like Lean Cuisine or South Beach. Some have a lot of protien too. Also, you can eat a protein bar for breakfast or some eggs. Just watch out for bread as it seems to get stuck and chew meat up before you swallow. I didn't realize how uncomfortable it is to swallow meat that you haven't chewed up enough. Take it slow!
