I am hoping someone who has had their fill(s) in TJ can help me with some detailed information abut how to go about scheduling it. Is it the same for when you schedule a surgery? Like emailing your flight itinerary to Rene and contacting Lori with the date you want to come? Who and how do you pay for the shuttle from the airport and the hotel and fill??
