She said she had her pre-op done on the 16th. Well, the 16th is a sunday!!! I thought they were closed on Sunday? I am asking because I fly in tomorrow (Easter sunday) and I hadn't planned on fasting because I assumed I wouldn't be doing pre-op until Monday. What do I do now? Fast or not??? Some patient's that were there when I had surgery had their pre-op done the same day as surgery.... That may be the plan for you... not sure though. I would either email Carolyn or Lori to find out, or give quick call to the office (they are open on Saturdays) and find out the plan... DON'T WORRY!!! BREATHE!!!! GOOD IN AND OUT!!!! Dontondan Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 First thing, CALM DOWN! Usually they are closed on Sunday, so just plan on it being closed and do what you were instructed to do. Have an enjoyable dinner! I had my preop done the same day as surgery as I arrived too late the day before, it was no big deal at all.....they took it in stride. I imagine they are quite busy with all this Oprah stuff going on still. I think that is why I am seeing more posts about problems. That will happen to any business with a big boost in business. They are more relaxed and flexible at that clinic then any other medical facility that you would visit in the states which will make your experience so much better.
