It is the first day of my pre-op diet and I am not in a very good mood right now. Hope it gets better. Actually try: Special K protien water pink lemonade packets small salad with lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms and no dressing except spritzer!!!! It will do your body good!
