Hi Gals And Guys Thank you for all wonderful comments. I even didn't get recognized at my daughter's preschool as I had registered her months ago. It really helps when you lose focus.

Hi Doug I had swelling and tightness because I had travel sickness on a flight. This is the 1st time in 7mths.I felt better 2 days later and knew I needed a refill because I was hungry between meals and could a lot of food. Would I do this again ? YOU BET I WOULD. My husband has recently been banded and 2 friends also, after seeing how well it is working for me.

Hi Guys well its been 7 months today since I had my surgery. I have lost 55lbs since then and feel fabulous. I had a refill yesterday after having some taken out due to travel sickness causing swelling. I am on fluids until tomorrow and hope to get to my mini goal of 170 by end of OCtober. I will try to post a piccie later.

Hiya i think you may have made the same mistake I did and rediscovered your sternum. I was freaked for about a week until i realized.

Hi The day I was banded there was a lady who had come in because her dog had jumped on her and she thought he had hurt her port. She actually had band erosion and had to have it taken it out. She had lost 90lbs and said if she needed to she would have another band put back in after the 1 year of recovery. This isn't something you can prevent and only happens in a handful of cases. Don't worry.

Dawns Dr Miranda said if you feel bad it is usually Dehydration. So sip sip sip all day long. Hope this helps.

Hi There Congrats on your marriage. Not to be too blunt but try different positions, you on top or spooning or hanging from a chandelier may help. Have fun.

Alana Well done! My NSV was that my hairdresser said I now can grow my hair if I want to as my face has slimmed down. She is also a close friend so I wasn't insulted.

Hi all I'm just curious to know from long term bandsters if they have lost friends aswell as FAT? I know in Lapband fpr life it says you might. My friends have been fabulous. Envious, yes but still my friends. Plus they are getting all my castoffs as they are bigger also.
