    I've lived off of them. The different sauces give me variety, and it's totally protein (for the most part). Also, since I have restriction now, I can judge quantities better (as in wow, I'm full after 8 wings). They also come in small pieces, and are easily chewed down even further.

    I'm only 24, so I won't be much help here. I defer to the experts here, sweetie. I feel a lot of restriction right now, and i'm almost on all liquids just to get in food. If this happens much longer, I'll have a little withdrawn from my band.

    May God grant you comfort. You have the our thoughts and prayers, and we will pray for you to have strength over the days to come. During another tragedy in our family, the minister confided that God's plan in a person's life must be fulfilled in order for him to be called home. This brought us comfort because we are a family strong in faith, and completing His plan is a wonderful accomplishment, though a tremendous sadness for all those who remain.     sounds great!! I'll try anything once!! and for the record, Dawnie has a pretty smile... it's a natural beam, not just a fake "I'm having a picture made" smile. I can tell she likes to smile and enjoy aspects of life. We all should be like that... enjoying life to its fullest. Anybody agree?

    I've shifted to shorts mode now that school is out. I have several pair, and today, one of the funniest things happened... While walking through our local Staples, I had my hands full (I didnt get a buggy to put things in, like a typical male) and as i walked, my shorts began to slide down... Yes, i had stop stop and pull my pants up... and I had to do it REPEATEDLY. Amazing what 30 disappearing pounds can do for one's attire. I went home and found a belt to keep some of my modesty intact.

    The secretary wanted to go with us because she saw how much fun we were having. You're right about the skinny lady. I walked into the room, acting like the hunchback of notre dame... breathing funny, face all displaced... and said in a strange voice... "helllloooooo.... I'm ..." oops. what happened in Roswell stays in Roswell. I can't tell you what name I said.

    As soon as a moderator approves them, they are available. Just dont laugh. Dawnie didnt laugh when she saw me. Ute about wet herself because she was trying not to laugh. (It didnt work.... she laughed).
