Ute, I know you have mentioned this and this is definitely my problem. Is there anyone who has some tips that they have used for this situation? At this point I am using my band during the day and will power at night but it does get tough.

I have the same problem. In the morning I'm sooo tight, it probably takes be 30 min. to get a protein shake down, at lunch - it depends on the "mood" of my band - I have to do a shake again or go very very easy on solid protein/food.

But oh boy let me get out of the office ... all I can think of is how hungry I am and what I could eat ....

So I really have to depend on my willpower and food choices to keep me in check If I stick with chicken, fish or else I'm fine after a few bites, but if I go for more mushy food .. I could eat probably endless...

Some days I do better than others :lb12:

I thought about getting a little adjustment fill, but I do not wanna risk getting too tight and have bigger problems that come with it #-o

John and I were so excited to again at the "MATERS" ... but we just couldn't make it. We had to go to Augusta on Friday night and returned yesterday, like Dawnie mentioned , thanks !!! (((BIG BEAR HUG))))

I'm getting my band in October. Did you guys start getting your fills in Roswell right away or did you go back to Tijuana for the first one? I'm trying to figure out when and where to go. Do you have a cost comparison. Obviously the trip would be $300+ for the flight. It would make my life easier to stay here in Atlanta what with work etc.

I went for my fills to Roswell from the beginning. I figured, the first fill is a bit on the pricy side, but still about the same than going to TJ (package + flight) BUT I'm only 45 min. from home - if there should feel something not right.

After the first fill it get's less expensive. I love Darlene (NP) she is really great giving fills !!!!

I wouldn't say I'm moody, I'm actually feel better each pound I lose - but being banded sure didn't help my impatience :bad:

YEAH, I reminded myself all weekend not to forget to record it - and dannnnggg - left the house and sure enough forget to program it :cray:

I lost 10 lbs. since my fill but am sure I gained 5 of it back - slipped back into my old eating habits this past month with all the stress...
