    Hope you are well better! I actually went all day without taking phayzme! I weighed myself yesterday and had also gained two pounds. Hopefully, the numbers on the scale will start going the other direction soon!!!

    Hey! Good luck and let us know how it goes. You may want to bring some Phazyme. I originally brought gas-x but it did not work very well. I borrowed some phazyme and it worked much better. Also, if you are going to do any shopping, you may want money for that. When you have to tip the drivers, bell boy, etc. the money goes fast!

    All is well! It was so nice to meet y'all. The flight was miserable, but I am better now. I just ate some broth, and I guess I had too much because I feel like I want to throw up. Sunshinegirl...In order to change my user name, I had to create a new account. I changed the email on my old account to an old email address. Then I created a new account with my current email address.
