    I have tons of gas, but I don't burp as much as I used to! I think that is because I am not longer drinking the diet cokes. I use to drink at least 10 a day, so I was a burping machine!!!

    Sadly, I have tried several of these myself! What was I thinking??? I lost weight on them and then gained it all back plus more. I have since discovered that what it all boils down to is portion control and making healthy choices...imagine that!!!!

    Do some research on Encare Birth Control. This is what I use and love it. I had been on the Depro shot for years. Then one day a doctor said that it can deminish your bone density, so I stopped getting the shots. I have been using the Encare every since then. Check it out! The link below is for drugstore.com.     I am so sorry for your loss! I would not feel bad about getting another dog. It could never be a replacement of Lucy, just a new chapter in your life. Lucy will always hold a special place in your heart. I am a firm believer in owning pets. I have 2 dogs (Scooby and Gizmo), 2 cats (Cookie and Pus), 2 bearded dragon lizards (Spike and Ike), and a tree frog (Kermit). They say that people that have pets live longer. So go for it!!!

    My pre-op instructions from Dr. Miranda said green lettuce only. Nothing else except for salad sprittzer.

    How do you which type/size (4cc, 10cc, VGband, etc.) band you have? My sticker on the card they gave me says: LAGB 10.0cm Adjustable Gastric Banding System Thanks for the help!!!
