  2. Shelby that is so amazing. A size 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must be so excited. The scale certainly is not the whole picture is it
  3. Congratulations on your decision. I never had a problem with the 21 days either. I never got hungry and truly did not crave solid food. Their is such a variety of things to drink that you can mix lots of different flavours and feel fulfilled. I agree with Kerry. Make sure you keep sipping fluids especially water and walk everyday. You will find the days fly by and it is fun watching the weight go down and your energy go up. Once you can have full fluids make sure that you look on the recipe section on the board, There is an amazing soup calle " Taco Soup" and it totally makes you forget about solid food . I was on liguids over Thanksgiving dinner last year and the Taco soup was so good I did not even envy everybody else who was chowing down on turkey and all the fixings. it really is amazing. Good luck and keep us posted how you do. This forum is the best place to check in every day and stay motivated. People are so supportive here and everyone is at a different place in their journey so you can always get your questions answered or do a search and find the answer to almost anything. Take care Debbie

My surgeryis scheduled to be about 6 hours. How long was yours? Would appreciate if you could email me and tell me about your experience. Being a nurse I am nervous having surgery outside of a hospital.

  17. Breakfast: Tomatoe Pie grapefruit Lunch: Apple Dinner: Asian Salad 2 Tbsp peanut butter Rode 47 kms on my bike with my two kids.
  18. Thanks so much for the comment!!!

  19. Thanks Lindsay. I agree with Angie that it is sad. I have lost 128 pounds and according to my BMI and waist to height ratio I am still considered obese. It is hard some days not to find that discouraging. I have decided to not think about it in those terms but instead in terms of my health. Even Dr Miranda said my goal should be 175 and that would be a healthy weight for me, yet according to stats such as BMI I would still be obese at the weight. Who wants to lose 142 pounds and still be called obese Anyways I will keep loosing and who knows maybe I can reach a weight where I will look like a stick but be considered a healthy BMI and weight to height ratio
