  1. Hey Novembers!! I had the band on Thanksgiving day. I must have missed everyone because I think I was the first, maybe second one in....so I spent my day WASTED! LOL, I'm not sure what that drug was for the operation, but man oh man....I was wrecked Hope everyone is doing well!! Shoppin4me...how goes the full liquid...? ~Laura
  2. Ummm, feeling stupid...I just noticed there were 3 pages of topics, so I went to the next two pages and found my answer....sorry!
  3. Hey Everyone....Bands.... So, I am on day 11 post band and I just want something other than water, tea, slimfast, soup....you know...what's the yea or nae with sugar free jello, or non fat cottage cheese? I heard "don't blend" but then I hear about people blending things. I do not want to go off my 21 day liquid diet, I just need some variety. Because I am so strict with my self, I literally only drink what's on the handout I got. So, either I need to work on my creativity with soup or I need a little bit of an OK from someone else to add some super duper soft stuff (see above) into my daily routine. Just a FYI, I have had NO trouble with anything I've tried so far. Thank goodness!! I don't want to blow this!! ~Laura
  4. I haven't had a problem. I used non fat organic milk with Campbell's tomato soup. Sorry girl! Maybe try the creamy soup in a box...I've used the Butternut Squash and tonight I'm trying Potato - leek. Good luck!! (I'm on Day 9 with a band)
  5. I think caffeine made me feel a little blah yesterday. Going to lay off of it for a couple days then try again. *black tea, not coffee. (Day 6)
  6. I never wanted a Slimfast so bad in my life. Thank God for the (Day 6-10) option on the liquid diet sheet. I have felt really good everyday since my surgery, except for last night...not sure what happened. I drank the liquid (diluted per instructions for soup) from drained chicken soup instead of chicken broth out of the box. I also had some Starbucks black tea for the first time...and it was the first day I remembered I needed to take vitamins. Whatever the case, I had an uncomfortable feeling all night. Not pukey, just...bloated..? Luckily, I've been fine today I made my decision to do the band at 260 pounds, about the middle of October 2011, and as of this morning I was down an official 20 pounds. My short term goal is to be 199. I'm sure anyone reading this, gets it. Getting ready for soup tomorrow or the next day.
