OK, i'm back! Had a blast in Dallas and now it's time to go to work!

I am giving up dairy for lent (sorta) and so today is the last day - tear! :( Basically if something has dairy in the recipe i'll still have it, but no milk, cottage cheese, cheese on anything or alone, etc...This should cut my dairy intake by at least 80 percent.

B: Apple juice w/ miralax

L: Taco Bell cheese roll up and pintos and cheese

D: Buffalo Chicken Dip
