Sorry I fell off the face of the earth. April was the month from hell for me but i'm back!!!

B: Tortillia and hash browns

L:Sliced ham dipped in light miracle whip, low fat bean dip & chips

S: Chocolate ice cream

D: Tortillia w/ fat free refried beans, picante sauce and a little bit of chicken and cheese

Exercise: Ran 3.5 miles and walked 1 - was trying for 4 but it was a very hilly route!
