Is Anyone Scheduled for surgery in Oct?

I was banded on Oct. 16th so far it has gone well. I have my first Dr. visit on Oct 30th. At what point do they decide to do a fill? : :-?

Yepeeee! i'm scheduled for surgery in Oct. =D> is anyone out there scheduled for Oct Too...previously I was going to Thailand to have my surgery until i read this forum and heard so many wonderful things about Dr. Ortiz.. And it cheaper than Thailand so I'm saving money (that's always a plus Huh?) So if anyone is scheduled in Oct. Let's talk i'm so excited

Tasha, my name is woody and i am a newbie too!

I had my surgery done on 0ct 22nd 07 and just

received my first fill today, the pain of the needle was

a little shocking, I really didnt expect it, however

I've lost 18 pounds since this journey began.....and that's

great for me!

I've just started my liquid diet which consist of lots of

jello "Sugar Free of course" lots of sugar free popsicles

and lots of fluids @least 32 ozs per day. I am not a patient

of the great Dr ortiz but I have heard nothing but good things about

him.

Well I have to go now, got ta get that mile of walking in befor its too

late.
