2muchame Posted July 23, 2008 Report Share Posted July 23, 2008 I am very interested in finding out how you all exercise .I know that the lap band is a tool but exercise is a must too .I am over 100lbs over weight and can barely walk a block without being out of breath .I do not know if I can exercise .I would love to aquacise however I am way to concerned about showing my body in a swimsuit in public . I also would love to take my bike for a whirl but could not get out of the drive without being winded .So how can I think of exercise when I am in such poor shape .any suggestion would be helpful .Did you all wait till some of the weight came off to start to exercise ?
