It dissolves completely and has a great taste), max pro powder protein to mix in oatmeal or coffee or shakes, max glutamine (a daily must have for bandsters, look it up and research the importance of it), Max ultra 100 mega multi liquid vitamins, Max organic flaxseed oil (another daily must have) and last but not least a great one for us over 40 somethings Max femme lean and balance, designed for hormonal support and specific womens nutrition issues.
