Ok in light of some recent events let's have some fun......

The game will be called the ABC's of your advice for lap bad. Your post has to start with the next letter of the alphabet then the previous poster and should be a few words, short, sweet and fun. Once we get through the alphabet we can start over again.

oh jeez... Q....

Quiz yourself on how much you're really eating if you're not losing weight. Keep track of calories eaten each day if necessary. www.fitday.com offers an online free tool to use.
