nicolek Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 Hi all Not only have I lost 75lbs as of this morning ,I calculated my BMI and it is 25!!!!! I want to get it to 23 to be in the middle of the normal range, so I think the next 10-20lbs I lose will achieve that. Just wanted to share.
