Hey love, Sounds like the liver area, have you had it checked????? Taking any meds that may require you to check the liver thru a blood test? Some meds affect the liver and has to me monitored....like high blood pressure meds can Cholestrol meds. Keep us posted. Monet

Could eat any and everything......so I got a fill. Maybe just too soon, but they gave it to me! The fills are the key.....so keep the posts coming! :-? Monet

I feel you....same here $15,000 in Vegas. but Dr. Ortiz does 6-8 of these aday and he is world renowed. Plus you save some money.....your making a good choice!

Banded and taking meds......it has been said that taking meds can slow done weight loss. I have high blood pressure and I have noticed that my weight loss is slow and sluggish. If you have the same problem......it could be your meds. I have to work alittle harder, untlll I can come off my meds to make it happen. Monet

Well, as stated earlier.....I have been to tJ twice to get a fill. my experience has been my fills last for 2 1/2 weeks and then the restriction is gone. I have spent a whole day out of my get away to La trips driving the bat Mobile to San Diego and then into TJ. Not ot menttion......I'm the only little brown face for miles in Mexico, and no I don't speak spanish. The travel is wearing me out. Some of the girls in our support group are going to the fill Dr here in Las Vegas because of my same issue. The fill center gives you 3 days to return for an adjustment if your fill is not right. I on the other hand, have to head by to TJ for more fills.......trying the Fill Center this time. I will now be close to home and any issues.....just head back over to the center to get it fixed! Anyone else traveling to TJ thinking about stayng closer to home? Dr. Romero is the bomb.... the traveling is wearing me out, so I am going to give the fill center try . I will keep you posted! Well, not losing much weight.....but making tons of money! Been really busy!!!!!!!! Running a Paralegal business and a Support Group! Not much time to be online chit chating ( :-h Well, the weight loss for me has been slow.....life over 40 I must say! Well.... where do I begin....God is good!! Let's see I have seen alot of TJ lately.......2nd fill and still no good restiction....back to TJ for another fill soon. My fills seem to last 2 1/2 weeks and then losses it hold??????? Thinking about getting an apartment in TJ (lol).... there so much!!! Spoke to Dr. Ortiz and got some good sound......." advice! Slow weight loss, but looking at me.......I'm melting, so the scale can tell some tails. Business is bombing.........buried in legal documents! Not complaining, Sassafras.......is just one of the end results.....2008 Saturn Sky! Named her on the way to San Diego to get a fill. One of the exits there is Sassafras ( perfect name) Have I gotten discouraged.......yes! Fighters......we are courageous! I love the challenge. Run way...here I come. My friends have accused me of being on the Cat walk.....when I have not returned calls. Support Group is the bomb.....couple minor adjustments and we are movin and shaken!!!!!!!! Well all the drama with the band so far is the making of....... STAY TUNED! I'm excited....this journey has its ups and downs! Monet

Hey all, went for my first fill in TJ from Las Vegas...... and besided geting lost in TJ after driving over th border, th experiene was great! =D> Dr. Romero, is awesome and got my port the first time.... no pain. I had this same thought until one of the girls in my support group got her fill at a fill center here in LV and later discovered that she has no restriction and had to return and repay. Now, that is not to say that the fill centers are good or bad. However I do know that they are costly! Just the peace that I could connect with OCC was great for me and Dr, Ortiz and I had a chance to chit chat! Go to OCC if you can! Monet >
