Well yesterday I realized at 3 in the afternoon that I hadn't eaten. So when I finally ate dinner I felt nauseated. So this morning I ate breakfast (omelette) wasn't hungry for lunch so I had a protein shake. I feel I am doing really good as fast food doesn't even sound nor smell appealing to me. Lora

quennee, sorry to hear you are struggling right now. I too have been overweight my whole life and know how hard it is to want it to end. Please be patient, maybe it it one of the platues that everyone talks about. I'm sure you are doing what is needed on your end, but are you taking in enough protein and fiber? Just fuel for thought. We are planning on staying in San Diego and just going over on the 23rd for our fill and then returning to San Diego that same day. I enjoyed Revolution Ave....but I also enjoy bartering I was even out after dark, but be careful I was with 2 friends one of which looked as though he could throw down at anytime....lol I found the meds reasonable for what I bought, but it does depend on what you are looking for. I purchased 2 Channel purses and haggled from 65 down to 20 each. I also bought my son a Denver Bronco Poncho for 20 as we sat in line to cross back into San Diego. The day after surgery my friends and I went across the street from the OCC parking garage to an outdoor market which also had fruits, veggies, mexican candy plus alot of other stuff to purchase if only I had a truck...lmao I truly enjoyed my stay.
