    Darlene is right about the bargain shopping!! I got a Gucci wallet for $5 bucks! The starting price was $40 bucks!!! They will always ask you how much you want to pay for it. I ALWAYS said $5 bucks... Worked on a couple things!! LOL!

    400 mg.'s is perfect. I lost 33 lbs on pre op, but I did my pre op for 6 weeks..

    If I was really starving in between meals I would have like 10 to 15 almonds or like 1 oz. of Jerky (Low fat). That helped a TON!!

    You need to be drinking more fluids.. My take on the 1/2 C. at a time was not to guzzle a 1/2 C. at a time. So if your stomach can handle it, drink more in one setting.. Hope this helps!!

    Thanks guys!! I played a lil kick around volleyball.. No big deal, just standing in one place and stuff.. I was a lil sore afterward, but the pain has gone away now.. must have just over did it a bit!
