  3. LOL!!! That is exactly how I felt.. However, beware.. I gained a lb. when I started the soups! Then I figured tomato soup only once a day and then I lost again.. UGH!!

  17. Great INFO Anita.. That makes sooo much sense.. I am sooo excited to be able to have a new life and to change old habits. I literally am craving good for me foods. Even If after I get my 1st fill I don't feel that I have restriction, I still am going to make sure that I eat the right foods and learn my proper portion control!! Thanks!!!

  19. You can start the liquid yogurt on day 4, but the protein shakes are not until day 7.

  23. I am 2 weeks post op.. wondering if any of you others out there have done anything other than walking for exercise?? And if so, was you port site a lil more tender than usual... Thanks!!
