  4. I was banded on 6/7/08 and I actually gained a pound before the surgery. I got scolded at but was able to do the surgery.
  5. I am so short, so ideally a 3/4 but I would be very happy at a 5/6. Currently at a 12/14. I don't want to weigh the ideal weight for my height, I would like to keep my assets (if you know what I mean girls) and keep a couple of curves. :girl_haha:

  9. I haven't had my first fill yet, scheduled 7/4/08, but I was totally discouraged about 2 weeks ago because I was gaining weight back. I was to the verge of giving up! I put myself on a great diet last week, drank like a fish (water of course) and weighed myself on Saturday and lost the 2 pounds that I gained back. So don't give up, it will work. I could not have done it without the people on this forum and their GREAT support!
  10. The only other thing I needed was Children's Motrin, liquid form. I had the worst shoulder pain in the world and used my pain meds by the time I was home. Just a FYI ~

  14. I know what you mean about cutting the grass..........Since my daughter didn't do it on Monday I had to come home and do it after a 12 hr work day. I hate mowing the lawn, I hate it hate it!!!! :ireful2: But it is good excercise!! Well this is the 1 and probably the last weekend where we don't travel for the next 2 months for my daughters soccer, so just clean house. Oh yeah we are going to see the Hulk tomorrow morning. :popcorm1: Sunday hopefully finish cleaning in the morning, also have a step class, then relax..................... :beach:

  19. Pizza was the one thing that I craved through this whole experience, and I do treat myself once in a while. But will only have 1 piece, and god is it worth it. Before I could sit down and eat 3-4 pieces. As far as losing weight if you eat bread, there is allot more than to just eating bread if you gain weight. I think it is a combination of allot of things. Like how much you eat of it, ect......what else is in your diet, excercising and so on!

  23. I started doing the teeth brushing right after I start feeling full, and it works great. Like this morning, I started to eat breakfast, 1 Multi grain Waffle w/SF syrup, and a Turkey sausage. Looking at my plate right now, I did eat the Turkey sausage but have half of waffle left.
