Everyone is different. I think it was about 30 pounds.I am out of town right now so do not have my old journal here. I will look when I get home.
As far as exercise. I started by walking 30 mins a day. Then I started biking, hiking etc. Generally I walk 7-10 km a day during the week and do either 3-4 hour hikes on the WE or bike 65 km or walk up to 27 km. I also strenght train with bands 3...

Thanks for the comment. You are going to be so thrilled to have this new tool in your life. Follow the rules, exercise 30 minutes a day minimum and watch that weight fall off girl. Good luck
