So I'm finally joining the thread!
7lbs gone for me! And in 6 days from surgery!

I'm 5'5" and a half.

3 cups chicken broth 45 cal
1.5 cup miso soup broth 45 cal
32oz crystal lite water 20 cal
16oz apple juice/water mix ?
16oz cranberry/water mix ?
4 fudgecicles - 240 cal alone.
Maybe 500 cal max?
So I probably shouldn't have had 4 of the popsicles, right??
I had a huge energy dip around 130 and went to take a break outside. Had some broth and felt better. But so far so good. I'm on day 5 of clear liquids.

My 22's are too big now--and ready to pass on.
Are there any 18-20's out there?

Has anyone ever done the liquids for longer? I'm on day 5 and feeling awesome. Like I want to continue just to see if I can do it.

That was my group leaving. Everything happened so fast on our way out of the door I wish I could have said hi.
You basically detailed my entire experience too. I felt so good the next day that we came home.
I haven't told many people either. So we are hear for each other. Great job!

I eat between 1200-1600 calories a day.
60-80 grams of protein

From what I can tell--yes, you can stretch the pouch by eating too much too soon.
Not sure about what it feels like though.

I agree--you look amazing! Maybe start with some other types of goals? Exercise or even reading, writing? I am wondering myself about the food relationship when I'm banded.
160 is my dream goal!

I drink a lot of water, around 80-90oz a day. It is going to be so hard for me to not drink before or after.

I just wanted to say you can do it. Maybe keep talking? Keep writing? Are you under a lot of pressure/stress right now? Hugs.
