We need some shopping buddies. I'm actually getting done on the 27th so I will be at the hotel on the 28 & 29 but my lonely friend will be at the hotel on the 27 while I'm getting done. It seems like a life time ago that I booked and now it's right around the corner!How is the pre-op diet going? Well it was all good the first 5 days. I lost 5 lbs. Then...the next week only one stupid pound. Then the long weekend hit and I went out Sunday and had a few beer, ate out and continued on to Monday. #-o So of course I gained with water retention, up 4 lbs. Tuesday I started the liquid diet, I had no choice. As of today I lost 2 of the 4 gained. So hopefully I can keep this up, I will be in San Diego 3 days before surgery so that is going to be tough.
