    Well I was going to go to a Dr here in az (Dr simpson) and he is one of our bests in Az and it was going to be over 16K. When I was doing my research on him I learned he learned from Dr O. That alone convinced me but I shot him an email and he told me Dr O is awesome. His only concern for me was follow up but found another Dr very willing to work with Mexico patients. I would 100% go back to OCC

    I had my sugery on thursday and back on monday. I was bloated and had discomfort but It was do able! You will love the band!

    It does feel good to see your pouch but I will tell you that I not only stopped losing after liquid I gained 2 lbs and my pouch was fine. Im going for my second fill next week as I still can eat to much and dont feel full. You will be happy when you see the band and pouch on the screen.

    Your to hard on yourself. Great video! I watched them all before I went and would have loved to have heard yours! People are going to see you and run to mexico.

    Ugh that scares me. I am the biggest whimp I know and I really need this surgery. I think I will think on it a little longer. Get better fast and it will be worth it. Gas (the bloating) can last for weeks.

    Very Normal. Restriction comes and goes for several reasons. One day I can eat the next no. I had 1.8 first fill and most days I can eat so Im going for a second fill in feb. just watch to see if it comes back.

    Oh I so want all of this done but very scared. I think that if im in pain I would rather do it once too. I know recovery will be tougher though. How reasonable was cosmed. This is so much harder decision than the lab band about going to mexico.

    It makes it easier for you in longrun to have detailed list but not required. If you do detailed total at the bottem because thats what speeds things along at tax time
