  1. I suck. I'm still eating way less than I would have pre band. I do give myself a little credit. lol I guess it's time for a fill? Hoping that I don't/didn't stretch the band.
  2. lol I totally have that syndrome AND I think I take horrible pictures. Plus there's editing! lol I don't know how to do that.
  3. I was 265 last week. This morning 261.2. yay! I've actually been incorporating soft foods for like 3 days, but a loss is a loss is a loss!
  4. yeah the flavored creamers can pack a lot of calories. i'm 2 tablespoons, sometimes 3 and that's it. generally i'm a 1 cup a day kind of person. however, it is nice to have it in the afternoon too for a pick up.
  5. I have 1-2 cups a day also with the FF creamer and 2 splenda's. I find it helps with my energy and also appetite control in the afternoon.
  6. I forgot to weigh! I woke up late so that threw my morning off. lol I will weigh tomorrow. Yay for the loses!

  10. Slimfast 1 danactive 1 probiotic yogurt drink samples from costco! I could not stop myself! I chewed very slowly and did ok. miso soup for dinner and only about 32oz water today
  11. I still haven't made this yet. I will make one next weekend. I'm not a zucchini person, but with enough cheese and onion--I might be able to manage! What about mixing the ricotta and sour cream?

  13. How can you stop?! lol Maybe I'll slice it up and put it in bags. That way it's easy to grab and maybe I'll just stop at 1 piece.
  14. I used to be and I loved coke zero. Now--I don't drink it at all. I am addicted to Crystal Light--the mango peach one. Soo good.
  15. I haven't had a fill. I really need to slow down though. Sometimes I will get like hiccups or a tightness--maybe that's what I'm feeling?

  18. My water is between 60-80oz a day. I don't have any issue with water. It goes right through--which it should.

  21. 270 last week 265.2 this week I was kind of bummed at first--wanted another 7lb loss like last week---then I kicked myself and did a jig! Yay for losses!
  22. Sounds normal to me too. Not something I'm looking forward to either.
