Yea for restriction! I'm feeling like i'm finally back to where I was before my unfill!

B: V8 Fusion (8oz)

B: Quaker weight control oatmeal (about 1/2 packet)

L: Sliced ham dipped in light miracle whip and chips

D: Mashed potatoes and meatloaf

Congrats Shelby, I can say for the first time in MONTHS that I am really excited about weigh in tomorrow. I have been working out with Hubby again, yesterday was 6 days in a row - P90X...ughhhh

Thanks ladies!!! I've been so bummed not having any restriction and it is so great to have it back!!! Before my unfill I was at such a good place and had been there for quite a while. I just hope this keeps up!!

You all are doing great!! I think this is gonna be a good weigh in Wed!!

4 fudgecicles - 240 cal alone. :huh:

Maybe 500 cal max?

So I probably shouldn't have had 4 of the popsicles, right??

I had a huge energy dip around 130 and went to take a break outside. Had some broth and felt better. But so far so good. I'm on day 5 of clear liquids.
