Still dealing with constipation :( ... I've tried everything I've benn told and the only thing that's worked for me is the glycerin suppositories, yeap, not the best but it worked. I'm still struggling to become regular. Having vowel movement every Sunday far from normal...I know a lot of you have complained abt constipation but is anyone out there dealing with more than just the occasional situation??? Please help! I've finally been able to increase my water intake...

so I had my sleeve on the 4th, easy breezy, no pain to speak off and feeling great from the moment I woke up. Now 5 days out and at home I am feeling great, the only thing is I get tired easily, I do try to walk about 2 miles a day, and otherwise is taking it easy, this morning was the first time I felt sick, but then had my first OCC shake that could be it. still feeling bloated but that will pass in time I am sure. to all of you concidering getting this done , and is afraid of pain, pleas...
