    How do you know if the protein is good if you want to lose weight? I bought 100% Whey Protein Powered Drink mix. It is not meant to be a meal replacement. I use my Magic Bullet and blend it with 1/2 a banana, 8 ounces of non fat milk, a dash of Splenda, and ice. It taste like a banana milk shake. The nutritional values are 120 calories (20 from fat), 2g fat, 4g carbs (sugars 2g), and 20g protein. What do y'all think about this?

    Hello, I think we all felt that way in the beginning, and I think that we would all do it again in a heartbeat! It is the most amazing experience. Both my husband and I could not believe how clean the facility was. We were also extremely impressed with the quality of care. From beginning to end, it was awesome! Hope this helps!

    It is great as well. I can eat about 15 small spoonfulls of soup for lunch and dinner and that is it. That may be a lot, but it is great for me!

    Most of us here had our surgery done in Mexico because our insurance would not cover the procedure. While that was a bunner at first, it turned out to be a blessing. Have it done by Dr. Ortiz was the best!
