  1. Good Morning Smiley, So how did the sleeping go last night? Every now and then I get the lovely musical sounds of my rumbly tummy too as I am going to bed. How fun it is....
  2. :lb14: Sabrina, Congrats!!!! :lb16: Oh, and Baileys and coffee for breakfast sounds so yummy. Angie, you are so right, every loss is a win. Also I am with you on the singing and dancing around the house... Carrie, :cheerleader: Yeah!!! Plateau break.... Woo hoo... I am very excited for you. BTW, I saw you changed you picture. I looked on your pic gallery and you and your husband have done so Awesome! My daughter saw the pics too and she said that she thinks you are beautiful. Also, I have that black nightgown you wore in the hospital. LOL.... I have been off gym for the last 2 weeks, and it is definitely time to go back. With going on vacation and then coming back to sick kids, ugh... I feel like a sludge. I miss my routine majorly. Plus I have to set up a time with the trainer. He has been pushing me hard the last 3 months. Its a good thing though.... Hugs to all, Kristi
  3. Good Morning, This weeks weigh in has made me happy. :sun_bespectacled: I am happy to report the scale read: 157.7 Which means I am down a full 80 pounds!!! :girl_dance: I have to take my teen to school now before she unplugs my laptop, Hugs, Kristi
  4. Well, he is cute. He needs to tell my husband how to get a 6-pack. I read that you and he do the p90x program. I am not sure if my husband can do that on the ship, but they have a weight room. Hopefully he is actually utilizing it..
  5. Thanks Angie, Carrie and Debbie, Hey Carrie, is that your husband in the pic with you? I also agree, romantic/alone time is very good. My time with my husband in Philadelphia was refreshing and made me feel like a newlywed again. :sun_bespectacled: Hugs, Kristi
  6. Hi Stormy, I haven't re-sized my ring as of yet, although I desperately need to. The ring my husband gave me last year from Christmas, it constantly spins and I fear of losing it. Kristi
  7. :lb10: PamnLA, How awesome to meet your goal. I haven't had a TT, but I wanted to pop in and congratulate you on your success. :lb16: Kristi
  8. :lb5: Smiley, Isn't it such a great feeling to shock people with the hard work you have done to create the new you. I went to Philadelphia from Oct 6th-13th and my husband had seen me at my 50 pounds loss and was shocked and then seeing me at 77 pounds loss, he was shocked and really happy. When you tell people you have lost weight it doesn't have the same impact as actually seeing it. My best friend & Sister-in-law last saw me in August too and was also in shock by the weight loss as well. She kept having me do spins to check me out. It was cute and really funny. I spent the majority of the 7 days eating out and I was able to stay the same weight as when I left, but I am sure it was because we walked everywhere for sightseeing and I kept my husband on his toes by wanting to walk everywhere.. By the way, You look Fabulous! :lb24: Hugs, Kristi
  9. :lb13: Sabrina, CONGRATS!!! GREAT NEWS! It really is amazing how this band changes thoughts and relationships with food in some and most people. I know it has for me too. :sun_bespectacled: Hugs, Kristi

  11. :lb14: Carrie, Congrats on your two year anniversary! Hugs, Kristi
  12. :lb14: Cindy, I have been asked what I have been doing to lose the weight, but come on, that girl sounds pretty tacky. I agree with Angie, you keep looking hotter and hotter and they are jealous... Have a great weekend, Hugs, Kristi
  13. :lb21: Margaret, Congrats, So what have you eaten or do you plan. Just remember to take small bites & chew, chew chew. Hugs, Kristi
  14. Go Holly! :cheerleader: You have done so incredible with your tool. How awesome for you. Congrats, Hugs, Kristi
  15. :good2: That was pretty cool, but I would agree I would be broke too... Angie, LOL... You crack me up.
  16. Well, the good news, is that I am still at 161. :lb21: Yippee, I didn't gain 5 pounds like I thought I had. All the walking from sightseeing helped.... Oh and I realized I forgot to post my weight yesterday. So I am over the jet lag and tiredness and I will be going to the gym today. Have a great week. Hugs, Kristi
  17. :lb14: All, So, I got back from my vacation to Philadelphia and could not weigh in last Wednesday without a scale. However I did weigh myself on Tuesday the 6th and the scale said 161. Who knows what tomorrow will bring since I have been eating out all week for the most part and more than likely all the walking may not affect a loss. Although I have been mostly good about my eating. But I have splurged..... I am more worried about a gain, but we will see. Eeekkkk.... :lb12: Will let all know at tomorrow's weigh-in. Hugs, Kristi
  18. Holly, :lb10: Great Video. You are such an inspiration! Hugs, Kristi
  19. :lb5: Robbyn, It's nice to see ya on here. I had been wondering where you had gone too. When is your home going to be ready? I do believe that is a victory too. Hugs, Kristi
  20. Hey BeBe, Congrats! =D> This is good news and 39 is still very young.
  21. Sabrina, Have a great time! I have never been to Hawaii, so take lots of pictures and post some when you have time. I have heard there are some of the most amazing waterfalls out there. And Definitely ENJOY yourself!! Hugs, Kristi
  22. :lb14: I have lost 74 pounds so far and after the first 25-30 is when people noticed. I really like the number on the scale to go down, but I love the way my clothes are fitting and the fact I have had to buy new clothes. I wear from 10-12 in jeans depending on the cut and my tops are large's (still got the girls too) Although I have gone from a 40D to a 36D. Was really happy about that one. Oh, and two days ago I bought a tunic and leggings & a another shirt all in size Medium. Also I bought new workout pants at Macys in mediums too. Woohoo First time since before I had kids that I have worn a medium in anything. I really wanted to get into the 150s before my trip to Philadelphia on Tuesday, but no complaints. I am so close to the 75 pound loss mark, I am ecstatic... :cheerleader: Well, I am off now, Hugs, Kristi
  23. :lb5: I am looking forward to going on my vacation to Philadelphia. I have heard too about the museums. I will be going to museums. I also want to try a philly cheese steak hoagie, minus the bread... More than likely I will split on with my husband, or just steal some meat from his. He will let me so I guess it is not stealing..... I researched the penitentiary to see what it is about and I think I was to see it, although I read it is haunted. I also am going to take one of my husbands duty days and go into Atlantic City, NJ. I so want to see the boardwalk. BTW, Carrie, me too.
