    I am scheduled for July 28th. I originally had July 7th but my sister couldn't get the time off work. I guess it gives me plenty of time to prepare. I am trying to incorporate some of the things I will need to do afterwards. Like no soda ( I love my diet dr. pepper!), no drinking with meals (that's hard too, I'm a big drinker) and trying not to flip out when I feel hungry. I love this forum as I have already learned so much of what to expect. Thank you all!

    I've read you have to crush your medicaton or take liquid form after surgery. How long do you have to do this? I am on wellbutrin antidepressant and it specifically says not to crush it. I did a quick google and it doesn't look like I can get it in liquid form. Any suggestions? Thanks I am scheduled for July 28th. Yahoo!!

    I have had appendectomy, exploratory lap (infertility), 4 c-sections and finally a tummy tuck to remove all the baggage. So on the outside the scar is very low. I wondered about the inside though. I don't know if adhesions only form where there has been an incision or where anything has been manipulated on the inside. It would devastate me to get down there and be turned away because of this. Erin, do you have a date scheduled? Mine is July 28th. Thank you for your help

    I have had 7 abdominal surgeries, will this cause any problems putting in the lap band?
