  2. I just purchased a bullet so any recipes/ideas would be great, as I also sometimes just do not feel like a solid meal for breakfast. I have never been a breakfast person and am slowly adapting to eating within an hour of rising.

It was chewy and so far having no issues with it. I had made some pork adobe and needed a rice substitute.
  7. Okay, so here are my two cents. I start my morning out with the Breakfast bites from eggface.com. You can make a weeks worth of bits at a time and then just heat them in the micro. At lunch I do my protien and veggies and fruit. Dinner is same as lunch with a little bit of carbs about 2/3 times a week. Other than that, I drink lots of flavored water and take fiber chewables as well as my vitamins.

    Most wine is not carbonated. Sparkling wines or champagne will be excluded.
  9. I am going for my first fill on Thursday 9/30 in Marysville WA. I have spoken with them about the fill and they are doing it under fluoroscopy and state they usually to a 4CC fill the first time.

They were offering free shipment as well. I received mine yesterday and have tried the Caribbean Cooler. Highly recommend
  11. Booked my first fill. Will be going to the NW fill center in Marysville WA on 9/30. More nervouse about this than I was about the surgery. What is up with that???

      oh its quick...I use them too. Yes you want lidocaine prior to your fill!

  12. Just make sure you tell them how you react to the anesthesia (sp?) I have other issues with it, told them and they "handled" it. I had none of my normally problems.
  13. I beleive that the need for tummy tuck and other procedures is the elasticity in your skin, the exercise and the amount of weight you need to lose and how fast you lose it.
  14. I was banded on 8/3/10. My port was only extremely uncomfortable for a few days. After that I was able to sleep on that side but could not bend straight over on the left to tie my shoes. That lasted approx another week. I think everyone has a different journey but hopefully yours will be easy.
  15. you and me both, I did not realize how often I drank with my meal. That is the absolute hardest thing about this. As soon as I finish eating, I check the time so I know when I can drink.

  17. I did not look at the date of the first post, called Syntrax and got 13 samples for $13.99
  18. I have them both in the tennis shoe and in the Mary Jane style. I find them extremely comfortable and can feel a difference in my center of gravity when I walk in them. But do not try them on really uneven paths, at least for me, I felt extremely out of sync.
